Turmeric Bliss Balls - Pre-workout Recipe

Looking for a pre-workout boost before you hit the gym, head out for a run or jump on your bike? We've created a tasty Turmeric Bliss Balls recipe, packed full of nuts, fruits and aromatic spices to kickstart your workout. Enjoy with our sweet and earthy Peach and Turmeric for a natural lift. Makes 16 balls Ingredients:
  • 200g almonds
  • 100g brazil nuts
  • 200g dried apricots
  • 100g dried mango
  • 3 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp coriander
Method:
  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and whizz until the nuts have become small pieces and the mixture is beginning to clump together.
  2. Scoop out heaped tablespoons of the mixture and form into balls with your hands.
  3. If you want the nuts more finely ground then whizz the nuts in the food processor on their own first and then add the other ingredients.
