Raspberry & Apple Porridge Recipe

Check out the recipe below: Ingredients: 200g porridge oats 500ml water 500ml soya milk 50g sunflower seeds 1 apple 150g raspberries, fresh or frozen 1 tsp cinnamon Toppings: apple, raspberries, sunflower seeds, maple syrup and nut butter. Method:
  1. Peel and chop the apple.
  2. Put the oats, water, milk, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, apple and raspberries into a pan and cook over a medium heat, stirring frequently, until thickened.
  3. Spoon into bowls and top with sliced apple, fresh raspberries and a sprinkling of sunflower seeds.
  4. Drizzle over maple syrup and a runny nut butter to taste.
