Peach Collins Cocktail

Bridge the gap between Christmas and New Year with a ‘New Year’s Eve Eve’ Peach Collins Cocktail and keep the festivities going. This morish concoction is easy to make and an easy win with guests, so just whip up a few of these fruity Collins and let the fun continue until it’s time to celebrate again! Makes 1

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Gin
  • 10ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Honey
  • Grapefruit for garnish
Serve in a Coupette glass

Method:

  1. Build the first 3 ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add cubed ice and shake for 10 seconds.
  2. Fine-strain the liquid into a Coupette.
  3. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
