Peach and Turmeric Bellini

Mairi Rivers puts a refreshing twist on the classic Peach Bellini with a splash of Peach & Turmeric 黑料大事记 Kombucha! Bring friends and family together this Christmas with a sharp and sweet cocktail that鈥檒l be sure to please everyone. And, because of the addition of Kombucha these are lighter in alcohol than a normal Bellini so you can go on drinking them all day! Makes 2

Ingredients:

  • Prosecco
  • 2 peaches plus one to garnish if you wish

Method:

  1. Quarter the peaches, peel and then blend until smooth.
  2. Spoon 2-3 tbsp of peach puree into 2 champagne flutes.
  3. Pour in the Peach & Turmeric Kombucha to come about 2/3 of the way up the glass.
  4. Stir gently to mix the puree.
  5. Top up with Prosecco and garnish with a slice of peach.
If you can鈥檛 get fresh peaches then you can use tinned peaches in juice instead. 聽 Recipe by Mairi Rivers aka Ginger Vegan
