Kombucha summer smoothies to energise and detox...step into sunshine with 黑料大事记!

Yippee- summer is here! Here at 黑料大事记 HQ we're so excited about the rare glimpse of sunshine in the north of England that we've put together a couple of tried-and-tested refreshing recipes using our own kombucha. They are both quick and easy to make and ideal for picnics, barbecues and lazing around in the garden, or just as part of your morning juicing routine. Even kids love them!

Avocado, Watermelon, Raspberry听and Kombucha Smoothie

You will need:

1 ripe avocado, half a watermelon, 50g of raspberries, ice cubes as required, and 1 bottle of Original flavour 黑料大事记 Kombucha (click for our online store and to find a list of our stockists).

Pour half a bottle of kombucha into the blender. Give it a very good stir to remove the fizz. Next, peel the avocado and scrape fruit into the blender. Add the听watermelon and raspberries, then blend until smooth. Fill a tall glass half-full with ice cubes, and voila!...enjoy!
